Please use the below instructions to understand how to apply for GAI Membership. If you have any further questions, or some steps are not clear to you, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with anything:

  1. Make cash payment to the GAI account held at Standard Chartered Bank Uganda.
  2. Notify the GAI Agent of the cash deposit made at the GAI account by sending them a copy of the cash deposit slip.
  3. Once the payment is confirmed proceed to complete the GAI membership form online which can be found at this link.
  4. Indicate what you want in order for us to know precisely the type of service request you need.
  5. During application, please note that the Rep- ID Code is a mandatory field to be completed. A form without a Rep.ID code will not be processed. If the GAI membership sign-up information was known to self (for example internet searching/brochures /posters) then the GAI Rep-ID Code will be: JM007. If the GAI membership sign information was delivered to you by a GAI Agent then the Rep. ID Code will be provided by that specific agent.
  6. Once the membership signup application form is received by the GAI team, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your membership.
